Seriously, can you ever get serious about jumping on a trampoline? Exactly my point. So if you want to get your sweat on and get fit while having fun at the same time, then ((BOUNCE)) needs to be your go-to fitness class. There is tons of scientific research out there on the benefits of rebounding but if you need concrete evidence then NASA’s words: “It’s the most efficient and effective exercise yet devised by man,” will be good to hear.]
But far from the trampoline’s you may be accustomed to (I’m thinking garden trampolines’ for kids), ((BOUNCE)) workouts are done on mini trampolines to a choreographed pumping dance routine. I went along to a class in London to see what the fuss was about.
