A trampolining fitness centre in Harlow is planning to raise money for Princess Alexandra Hospital’s cardiact unit by holding a sponsored charity bounce.
Bounce-Fit-Body mini trampoline workout classes at the Paringdon Sports Centre usually cater for 10 participants but organisers are hoping more than 30 will attend the two sponsored sessions today (Sunday).
Bouncing is the fitness craze that has snowballed nationally and has even featured on BBC News. A ten minute mini-trampoline workout is said to be as beneficial as a half-hour run and works multiple muscle groups to increase stamina and muscle tone.
