The Bounce exercise class, run by Bouncefitbody Ltd, is performed on mini trampolines, and is coming to Potters Bar in June.
Bounce is aiming to raise more than £15,000 for Macmillan over the next 12 months, which could fund a small physical activity scheme in a rural area for a year.
Every time someone books a Bounce session, 5p of the payment goes directly to the charity to help support people living with cancer and their friends and families.
Kimberlee Perry, founder and director of Bounce, said: “When Macmillan approached us to partner up, it barely took a second to agree - everyone knows that Macmillan work tirelessly to support people living with cancer and their families, I just didn’t realise the depth of their care.
