How can I book and pay?

All spaces must be booked in advance, no cash on arrival,  head to 'Book A Class' to see our venue times and how to pre-pay. If you book 7 days in advance you'll get the cheapest price with our Early Bird offer. You can also 'Bring A Friend' and buy 2 spaces for a discount on the same session (please note this ticket type is not transferable). Also be aware that we offer 'Flash Sale' prices and prizes at various times if you 'Like' us on Facebook or follow our social media, just search for @bouncefitbody.

Class cancellations & amendments

You can amend a pre-booked class to another session with these terms:

Changes can only be made up to 48hrs prior to your booked class time.
The new class must be within 2 weeks of the initial class.
You can only amended to the same value session at the same location.
Transfer only available once, not repeatedly.
• Please note there are no transfers available on 'Bring A Friend' ticket types.

To move a class you've booked simply:
1. Go to your email confirmation
2. View Booking
3. Ticket Options
4. Change date.

Please note there are no refunds offered on any bookings, this is also advised in the T&C's that participants are requested to read, understand and accept in order to attend any Bouncefitbody Ltd. sessions and always specified multiple times before payment. 

Please do not click 'CANCEL' on your booking unless you wish to fully release your space as it will become available to others! Note: we are unable to reinstate a cancelled place.

What can I expect?

Our motto is: "Fun. Friendly. Fierce" so prepare to work hard but feel welcomed, smile and have a laugh. For the first 40 minutes we are jumping, and the last 20 minutes we are toning the body, so lying on the trampolines. There are beginners in every session too, so don't worry about feeling self-conscious – you'll see everyone bouncing at their own pace. It usually takes 2-3 sessions to get used to all the bouncing and recognise the moves so stick with it... but here's a warning: its addictive!

What does 'child friendly' mean?

Sessions where kids of any age can attend in the studio while you workout. Toys, food, prams etc are all welcome with no pretentiousness to deal with! Some mums stop to breastfeed, others are managing potty runs or just needing to give cuddles in between jumping along. There's likely to be a tantrum or two, or sharing your trampoline with your little one – the Instructor just carries on, no-one minds! You don't have to be a mum to come along, the workout is still the same!

What is the minimum age?

Children aged 8+ can participate in any of our regular classes, but children under 16 need adult supervision.

What do I wear & bring?

Standard gym attire with trainers. And ladies, a good sports bra is imperative with all that bouncing around! Bring a water bottle, plus a towel if you like, and most certainly a good sense of humour.

Should I eat before hand?

It's recommended you don't eat too heavily an hour or so before your class for a more comfortable session. Bananas are a great snack for a good source of natural energy.

Can I attend if I'm pregnant or have a specific injury/condition?

Many health professionals recommend rebounding as a preferred method of exercise during pregnancy or when recovering from an injury due to the incredibly low impact of bouncing. Our disclaimer requires you to clear participation with your doctor first according to your specific needs. Every body is different and what exercise works great for someone may not suit another – only your own physician can stipulate individual medical needs. Please also mention any concerns to your Instructor before class starts so we can offer you guidance or alternatives throughout and support you with a little extra TLC during the session. You may wish to fill out a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire as an indicator of your readiness to start a new exercise regime, but this is not compulsory.

How soon after giving birth can I attend?

If you give birth naturally it's 6 weeks, or 12 weeks for a c-section. However our disclaimer requires you to clear participation with your doctor first according to your specific needs. Please also mention your recent pregnancy to your Instructor before class starts so we can offer you guidance or alternatives throughout and support you with a little extra TLC during the session. You may wish to fill out a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire as an indicator of your readiness to start a new exercise regime, but this is not compulsory. You may also wish to read the next FAQ "I'm really unfit. Can I still attend?".

I'm really unfit. Can I still attend?

Yes of course! To make ((BOUNCE))™ easier you just bop along lightly, or to intensify the workout you push down really hard. The point is to enjoy exercise and our purpose is to push you to fatigue, driving rapid results. You're welcome to stop and rest at any point but we usually break for a quick drink every 3 or so tracks. We've programmed ((BOUNCE))™ specifically to run in intervals of 10 minute cardio sets for a H.I.I.T workout. Remember it's YOUR class so go at YOUR pace, but utilise our motivation to get maximum results. You may wish to fill out a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire as an indicator of your readiness to start a new exercise regime, but this is not compulsory.

What's the right technique?

The most effective way to ((BOUNCE))™ is to bend your knees, lean forward, tighten your tummy and push hard from the knees deep into the trampoline mat. If you're bouncing on the balls of your feet slightly you'll have more control and every time you jump you'll be working the abs too.

What is the maximum weight limit?

125 kg (approx 19 stone). We welcome all shapes and sizes!

When will I receive my order from the ((BOUNCE))™ online shop?

For most items, unless otherwise specified, please allow 10 working days for delivery within the UK, and up to 3 weeks for the rest of the world. If you have not received your order after the specified time-frame, please reply to your order confirmation or shipping notification email so that we have your order details and we can look into it for you.

I only received part of my order from the ((BOUNCE))™ online shop. When is the rest coming?

Our exclusive ((BOUNCE))™ leggings are sent from a different warehouse to our hoodies and vests, so these items will always arrive in different parcels. Please allow 7 working days for the delivery of most items, unless otherwise specified on the product page. If you have not received your order after the specified timeframe, please reply to your order confirmation or shipping notification email so that we have your order details and we can look into it for you.

What is your returns policy on merchandise?

We offer exchange of size only on all full priced items* within 14 days of purchase if the following conditions are met:
• Items must be unworn and unused, in the original condition that you received it including tags still in tact
• Items must be clean, with no stains or marks
• Items must be in the original packaging
• Items for exchange must be received back to ((BOUNCE))™ within 14 days of your notice to exchange. ((BOUNCE))™ does not incur any charges for return postage back to us.
*No returns on gift card purchases or sale items.

This policy is valid for 14 days only, and we are unable to offer returns after 14 days.

To request an exchange, please reply to your Order Confirmation email or Shipping Notification email so that we have your order details. Please include the size you wish to exchange for and the reason for return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, or contact them to arrange a return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether it has been approved. We will then ship out your replacement item within 14 working days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please reply to your Order Confirmation or Shipping Notification detail with details of the fault or damage. Please include a photo where possible. Returns on faulty items will only be accepted if the item is unworn, in original condition with tags and packaging.
